If Oprah endorses Wii Fit, it’ll sell 50 million

What? Wii Fit as the best selling video game in history? Wedbush Morgan’s Michael Pachter thinks it has the potential. We all know that Nintendo’s targeting a different, broader market with the Wii-Bo, and Pachter predicts that this could be the biggest thing in recent consumer electronics history if Oprah were to endorse it.

Women who watch Oprah are… if they hear about this on Oprah, they’re buying it. And if Oprah says, ‘Hey I lost 5 pounds in a week with the Wii Fit,’ they’re gonna sell 50 million units of it. And they know it.

Now, if only Nintendo could produce that many of anything within a year or two, we’d all be happy.

Yah, I hate Oprah too. Wii Fit shouldn’t be the greatest selling videogame of all time because Super Mario Bros. is!
