As far as I know, you can make you own custom vehicles. I'm sure that someone made it, and it's not really in it. I mean, Microsoft would not stand for having advertising for one of their competitors in one of their games. Rare is not Third-Party, it's Second-Party, and therefore, owned by Microsoft. It would be really stupid for them to allow this, and it would be completely be beyond me as to why Nintendo let Rare do this. But then, thats just my two-cents.
