WiiWare games and the memory they consume
Sheesh. With all these VC games and now, WiiWare titles, we are going to soon be dry of our precious internal memory. Sooner or later it’ll be on the black market ala moonshine during the days of prohibition. We must learn to ration our space until Nintendo releases a first-party storage device or unlocks the SD Card slot. Hit the jump for the games and the amount of space they take up to help you manage your available memory.

While the 512MB internal flash RAM is limiting the amount of games you can have at loaded on the system at once, it’s not preventing you from utilizing the SD card slot. Backing up VC/WiiWare channels to a SD card is really easy, and restoring the backups locally is much more efficient than having to download everything over and over again. You can pickup a 2GB SD card for less than $10.
p.s. Lostwinds is excellent.
Still, I hope they release some kind of external memory. And yes, LostWinds is fantastic.
