Telltale Games, creators of the Sam & Max series, are expected to make an announcement of a new WiiWare game at this years Nintendo media summit, which takes place on April 10th to the 11th. It has already been reported that a new Sam & Max title is coming to the Wii platform, so we know it isn’t that. When CEO Dan Connor was asked for any hints or details on the new title he said he was unable to give out any, as dedicated fans to the Sam & Max series would be able to guess the announcement easily:

Wired: So obviously you can’t tell me what it is, but can you give me a cryptic hint?

Connor: I’m tempted to give you a cryptic hint, but our audience is so diligent in figuring stuff out, and the audience that we’ve licensed are diligent in figuring stuff out, that they would figure it out in a second if I gave you any inkling. So all I can say is that it’s an equally attentive audience, dedicated audience, to the Sam & Max audience.
