Rumor: Def Leppard contributing three songs to Guitar Hero IV; Hysteria and Pyromania erupts
During an interview last night on Rockline Radio, a caller asked Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen why their songs aren’t featured in Guitar Hero or Rock Band. His answer: a confirmation that three songs will be included in the non-Aerosmith version of Guitar Hero:
- Animal
- Photograph
- Rock of Ages
Oh Aerosmith, why did you have to make things so complicated with your fancy pants game? A year ago, it would have made perfect sense to stick Aerosmith and Def Leppard together in a game and call it, “Please, don’t waste your money!”
Now we’re faced with a decision to make. Do we buy the game featuring the band with the one armed drummer, or do we lay down our money for the annoying lead singer with the former heroin addiction? Drugs are bad, so Def Leppard will always win this argument.

If the songlist is as good as 3, GH4 gets my money, and so does GH Beatles.
GH: Aerosmith does not.
maybe, they will re-release Guitar Hero 80s Edition for PS3, XBOX360, and Wii :D
@Nintendude
Seriously, but then again they haven’t even ported over Guitar Hero II for the Wii, and that’s the one I really want. I’m one of the few who doesn’t have a PS2…
Was that really neccesary?
