When life gives you broken Game Boys, make dioramas
I’ve been known for a little bit of papercraft in recent years, but I’ve never combined it with the real deal. Josh Burker had a non-functioning Game Boy Brick and decided to gut it and replace the display with a model based on a previous one by Tanooki reader Timothy. Everything was scaled down over 80% — the Game Boy is big, but not that big — to fit, and now Josh has a way to pretend as if his Game Boy still works.
A close-up shot can be found after the break.
