Reggie promises “Big” Holiday game at E3

While it looks like there may be a gaming drought later this year due to the fact that Nintendo has launched most of it’s key franchises early, it seems that Nintendo still has some tricks up it’s sleeves. Reggie has stated that Nintendo will reveal a “BIG” holiday game at E3.

There’s gonna be a big game for the holiday that the gamers will want. All I can tell you is what we announce during E3 is gonna be fantastic. The gamer is gonna be excited and the expanded audience is gonna be excited.

Does anybody have any guesses or hopes? Animal Crossing Wii, Pikmin Wii or possibly a new Kirby game? An updated/remade Earthbound game? We can only hope.

It’d better be Animal Crossing Wii.

I really need the constant unnatural happy feeling that only Animal Crossing can give me..

I’m calling Zelda Wii (wishful thinking)

    Dibs on Kid Icarus Wii.

Though he makes it sound like it’s going to be from an already established/popular franchise, since according to Reggie it’ll have tons of appeal.

    I’m going with Odama 2

Considering he said it would appeal to the wider audience I’m guessing Wii Sports 2

They need to start working on getting third-party support. Not that there aren’t any good third-party games out now, but I’d like to see some games from “usually 360/ps3″ developers; Epic Games, a Wii’d up shooter from Infinity Ward, Ready at Dawn harnesses the PSP’s power efficiently, I’m sure they can make a beautiful Wii title.

    Animal Crossing Wii

    maybe Portal?
