Mario the plumber ripped off by Mario’s Plumbing
Can you say copyright infringement? If not, I’m sure Nintendo’s lawyers can!
Sorry, Mario’s Plumbing & Heating Inc., but you can’t just create your own mascot by simply altering the mustache of gaming’s most recognizable icon and expect Phoenix Wright to not toss in a lawsuit, or three.
What’s that you say? They switched Mario’s “M” to a “P” on the hat? Oh, well, that makes a huge difference.

He looks like a generic Western movie villain. Now all he has to do is grow a goatee.
