Pipes faster than subway- And cleaner!
After years of riding Chicago’s trains, I’ve developed a sort of public transit map fetish interest. I’m not exactly sure why I’m so intrigued by these maps. It might be a result of the unique layouts of each city’s system, or the vastly different street names for each city, but most likely, it’s just because of all the colors
Either way, this might be one of the most clever that I’ve seen in quite a while. It’s not for sale, yet, but we can make that change by voting for it over at Threadless.
Quick useless fact: The Pink Line is the newest color in Chicago’s system. Pink won the vote over gold and silver through an essay contest for Chicagoland students in 2006.
