Not to get your hopes up (the item is sold out at the moment), but Etsy user TheVintageDoctor had this Dr. Mario tunic on sale for a while. It’s one-of-a-kind and made from an actual licensed Dr. Mario fabric. I’m surprised I haven’t seen white lab coats sporting the Doctor yet.
