It was the first time in YEARS that a game moment produced such "HOLY CRAP!" reaction from me. *Spoilers* So why is that? I think that most movies and games use whole nuclear threat scenario far too often, with nothing coming out of it. So for CoD4 to have a nuclear bomb go off in the first act of the story was truly shocking. Then to have your character walk around for 30 seconds to look around at the nuclear holocaust was truly awe-inspiring. And then for your character to die while walking: amazing. Oh, and did I mention that the multiplayer experience is the best I've played to date? If anybody wants to play- my 360 gamertag is, "theTanooki" Big surprise, huh? The thing that bugs me is that Super Mario Galaxy did something amazing with one of the best series' ever. Call of Duty 4 is a very good shooter, but it didn't do anything quite as fantastic as Super Mario Galaxy. To be fair, I haven't played enough of Call of Duty 4 to give a strong opinion either way. I was hoping for either Super Mario Galaxy, CoD4, or The Orange Box (with the perfection that is Portal).
