PDP Rock Band mic not Wii-compatible
Hot off the heels of EA confirming Rock Band for the Wii, a PDP spokesperson has clarified that their Rock Band microphone does not work with the Wii. The microphone had been spotted in Best Buy stores with packaging that suggest Wii support and possibly a Wii version of Rock Band (before it was confirmed).
Turns out, not only is this microphone not supposed to work with the eventual Wii version of Rock Band, but it supposedly doesn’t work with existing Wii games that use USB microphones (e.g. Boogie and High School Musical: Sing It!).
