Deal of the week: Puzzle de Harvest Moon for $59.99!
Given the 60+ hours my girlfriend has put into Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon I can safely say that the game was $30 well spent.
Dedicated players can enjoy an endless amount of replay value from traditional Harvest Moon games, but I’m not sure how much replay value a poorly made puzzle version of Harvest Moon offers. However, for double the price of an average DS game, Puzzle de Harvest Moon better keep me entertained throughout an entire plane ride across the Pacific. Twice.
Since the actual retail price of Puzzle de Harvest Moon is $29.99, it might be safe to assume that some poor Best Buy employee thought that Puzzle de Harvest Moon was Mass Effect in disguise. Hey, it can happen to the best of us.

That may sound funny to you guys but this is actually how much DS games cost in the UK
Aren’t both the Euro and the Pound way ahead of the Dollar?
Yeah, but their economy is different. It doesn’t necessarily translate into lower prices. They would be getting a ridiculously good deal if they bought games from the US or Canada.
I couldn’t have put it better Michael. DS games cost £30 here, or roughly $60, even with import costs it costs less than £20 (or $40) to import, and we also get them earlier. Most shops, except the larger ones, sell US DS games until the EU versions come out.
