Force Unleashed to feature Wii-exclusive levels

Published by Joey at 7:50 pm under Wii

force unleashedThe force is most definitely strong with the Wii. Sure, the console’s graphical horsepower might not be quite as up-to-date as some of its competitors, but that hasn’t stopped Krome Studios from including five exclusive levels in the Wii version of its upcoming title: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

In addition to this, the story for the Wii version of Force Unleashed has been slightly tweaked to allow players to explore new paths within the game’s plot line. Although Wii owners will obviously be unable to experience the more advanced engines that will be found in the XBox 360 and PS3 versions of the game, they will be treated to an expanded storyline. That’s just as good, right?

Up until now I was ignoring this game, thinking it would just be a dumbed-down version of what XBox and Sony fans were getting (Spiderman 3 for Wii came to mind.) But if we’re getting exclusive content, then maybe the developers are taking this project seriously. I admit, this update has piqued my interest.
