The Treasure Ship #4

Last year, I pretty much lived off of Panda Express. This year, not so much. I think I’m suffering from Pandaexpressaitis from too much chow mein and kung pao. Yes, I know that Panda Express is the Taco Bell of Chinese food, but I also try and avoid unfamiliar Chinese restaurants. Chalk that up to one to many bad experiences with, “I guess I will give this new place a try!”

And now for one of my favorite challenge categories- Name that character! Also, the Treasure Ship page with the leaderboard and history of challenges is now live.

    +1 papapain!

That was pretty easy, so let’s all talk about bad restaurant experiences for the rest of this post…

I once went to a German restaurant in Kansas City for a Language Club trip, and it had sand on the tables; the wienerschnitzel tasted like soap; and on the way to the bathroom you could peer into a messy room where the owner and family obviously slept!

Every restaurant in Abbotsford B.C is horrible. I don’t know why, their service is horrendous, I always either find hair in my food, have to ask 100 times for Rasberry jam, or just have rude servers. It must be in the water.. I actually drive 20 minutes out of my way to eat good food elsewhere.

Whoa Ninji, I’m living in Langley right now. Never ate in Abbotsford in a while so I can’t confirm or deny those claims But I will say that the Ethical Addictions is pretty darn good.
