Special snow today in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl

GameFreak’s Junichi Masuda is the composer behind the Pokemon games’ music and the director behind Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. All two of you that frequent his blog may have noticed his suggestion to play D/P today, on his 40th birthday. Something would be different!

It’s not some event pokemon or cool item, though. The falling snow in Snowpoint City is a rare snow called “Diamond Dust.” That’s about it. You probably wouldn’t even have noticed had I not told you, and now I’ve effectively wasted about a minute of your time. Whoops.

I just thought I’d confirm the post since rFalcom seems to have missed it. I see it. It’s not really that special…just different. Too bad!

Maybe It’s because I haven’tp layed in a while so I wouldn’t know the difference, but.. The snow on my game looks nothing like in the video.

I put Pokemon away after I went to the TRU Manaphy event and then the Nintendo World Store in Rockefeller Plaza. I might eBay it.
