Apparently the sales, or lack thereof, of their first outing on the DS has not phased them one bit. Mistwalker (through a Famitsu article) announced their newest project: Away: Shuffle Dungeon.
The game is an action-RPG with an interesting gameplay dynamic: while trying to achieve your goal of rescuing villagers in a dungeon (typical), the environment will begin to shift! It’s difficult to imagine what this means without seeing or experiencing it, but for now we’ll just assume it means the game will be awesome! The game is 85% complete and on track for a February 28th, 2008 release in Japan.
