We’ve actually seen this already, but now we get it spoon-fed to us. Today’s Dojo update shows off the Mario Circuit stage, featuring a bunch of Shy Guy racing around the figure-eight track. It’s actually the first time a Mario Kart stage has been in the Smash games.
Anyway, you’ll duke it out where the “eight” crosses, which makes for an interesting stage. Obviously you’ll fight on top of the track, but you’ll also fight along the overpass and jump that’s built in. Keep an eye on the map in the back, though, so you’ll know when karts will be coming at you from the back of the stage or from the sides. If you don’t feel like jumping away, you can attack the karts directly.
