There's not all that much to say about Wario look-alikes. Of course, there's Blackie/Spike from Wrecking Crew, whom a lot of people take as some kind of proto-Wario. And there's Booster from Super Mario RPG, who has the trademark Wario red nose and whose hall of ancestors includes a portrait that looks startlingly like Wario. But aside from Waluigi, latter-day Wario look-alikes include only the strange preponderance of red-nosed inhabitants of Diamond City, from the WarioWare games: Jimmy T. and Dr. Crygor, for example.

Maybe red noses are epidemic wherever Wario goes?

And maybe there's a column in Wario look-alikes after all?

The deal is that Mario games are archetypal. They don't have plots, they have scenarios that we all know in advance of actually playing. Hence, all the other princesses aren't clones of Peach. They're clones of the princess archetype. They just seem like clones of Peach, because Peach very closely instantiates the ur-princess form.
