Mario Kart Wii will be riding to North American shores sometime this coming spring. When it does, it will include the usual 16 new tracks, in addition to a collection of retro tracks – very much like Mario Kart DS did. We’ve already seen new vehicles like the motorcycle, and now we know that you can get special bonuses unlocked for pulling off stunts and tricks.
In addition, Brawl might get some minor competition in the online department. Mario Kart Wii will come with online races for up to twelve human participants. Actually, it’s currently “at least” twelve, so we can still hope for more. Imagine having to wait until you find enough random racers to fill up the party!
