Several months ago, I could walk into the electronics sections of stores and still find a few Wii systems in stock. Granted, I either saw them restocked mere minutes before, or they were probably gone shortly after, but I still saw them. It’s Christmas time again, though, and you should consider yourself lucky to find Nintendo’s latest console, despite the fact that they’re making 1.8 million of them per month.
Amazon.com reportedly replenished their stock with 1,400 units recently, only to sell out of them within ten minutes of putting them online for sale. That’s borderline insane, people. Still…it’s completely expected.
