While we North Americans have been Manhunt-ing for the second time since Rockstar’s controversial game was released on Halloween, UKers are still waiting for the game. Or maybe not, since it’s supposedly not all that great…
The game was banned for a second time in the UK, despite the developer censoring so much content that many feel the game experience is no longer cohesive. Regardless, Rockstar Games will be taking their appeal of the BBFC’s rejection to the Video Appeals Committee next Monday, November 26 at the The De Vere Hotel.
The game’s taken a beating already, having previously been rated AO in the United States and two rejections in the UK. It’s available here now, but even Target has stopped carrying the game.
