Let’s get this out of the way first: this bit of info comes from a Mega Man fan site. Basically, the site owner recently attended the Rockman 20th Anniversary event, where Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune was a guest speaker. Between the speech and personal discussions, Inafune supposedly stated that a Mega Man game for the Wii has been considered and is indeed happening, with no further details at this time.
When asked about Mega Man appearing in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, a “no comment” was given – in this case, it’s likely good news for fans wanting the blue boy in Nintendo’s fighter.
We’ll how things develop. For now, consider this a rumor, as there doesn’t seem to be any other event attendee confirming the info. Although, we all know Mega Man will be in Brawl.
