Mario goes all Superman in his next outing

As if the six power-ups revealed for Super Mario Galaxy weren’t enough, we have yet another. Grab the red star, and Mario gains the ability to fly. He does so in a red shirt and black overalls – no need for a Raccoon Leaf, Tanooki Suit, or even a Cape here! Maybe if you fly around the planet fast enough…

    I don’t know about you, but when I see “Seriously, though” it makes me think everything before it was a joke. Though is a conjunction used to show contrast.

    And I don’t understand why you attacked him/her for not proof-reading his comments. You obviously didn’t read it, so why should he/she have to? Maybe you did read it and just didn’t comprehend it… In that case … I wonder who the “retard” is. ;)

    When speaking, a person can detect a rhetorical question by the person’s tone of voice. However, you were not speaking, but typing online. How can we solve that…

    Yes, a spoiler warning might have been needed, but if you are that spoiler-weary to the point of not wanting to know about power-ups, then you wouldn’t browse gaming sites and you would avoid Sakurai’s blog like the plague.

    As for our “retarded” blog software, I will be implementing several changes in the future that will make the site much more user friendly.

    I never called LoZ a “retard” and I never attacked him for not proofreading his comments. What I did say is that instead of whining about WordPress he could proofread his comments before posting them. Also, you can usually sense sarcasm or a rhetorical question through context. There’s one thing I do agree with though, this site needs some plugins to make the commenting system better.

    A spoiler alert was definitely not needed in this case guys. Spoilers are, in most cases, referring to leaked information in regards to plot and/or story elements. For example, take a look at any Super Mario Bros’ boxart.
