PGR developers show interest in Wii

Bizarre Creations, known for their work on the Microsoft-owned Project Gotham Racing franchise, may be interested in developing a similar racing title for Nintendo’s Wii console. Here’s what the company’s commercial director, Sarah Chudley, had to say:

“We enjoy working on any technology, whatever the capabilities – as they’re all a challenge. A Wii racer sounds interesting, especially with the cool racing wheel, but of course we can’t discuss any plans for the future as yet, sorry!….Consoles may be magnificent and controllers such as the Wii devices innovative, but you’ve really got to work to make the best use of them. After all, it’s the gameplay that gets you hooked, not the hardware…”

With that, we’ll go ahead and ask… how many of you would be interested in a racer from Bizarre on the Wii?
