Project Exile finally gets a publisher

Long ago, when Project Exile was first revealed by Studio Archcraft, they confessed that until they had a publisher the game would not see the light of day. Well, now that time has come. Graffiti Entertainment has decided to publish the title.

Paying homage to the great 2-D RPG’s of the SNES era, Project Exile borrows the look and feel of classics such as Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger, and Secret of Evermore. With “eight fully developed playable characters armed with over 100 different abilities, skills, and combos,” there is no question that the game will satisfy all old school RPG fans.

Project Exile is scheduled for an early 2008 release. Hit the jump to see a trailer of the game.

    Your French is terrible. >_____>

Anyways, it looks kind of neat, but there’s something about it that just doesn’t strike my fancy.

the game seems awesome to me, with a unique artstyle and overall feel to it. my only question is will it have any DS features or will it be an advanced game ported to a DS? if it has unique DS features that makes the gameplay fun then this could truly shine.

The only DS feature that I would like to see make the jump from the GBA version would be touch-screen menu systems. In game combat would be much smoother.
