For those who missed it, Jam Sessions is basically a guitar in your pocket. Using the DS’ touch screen to strum, and the d-pad to input whichever chord you which to play, the DS recreates the motions of an actual guitar. Quite effectively at that. On that note, it seems the folks at Ubisoft have been watching a little bit too much American Idol and the like. They’re holding a contest to gather up the best Jam Sessions player’s around. The contest is currently underway and will last until October 23rd, plenty of time to perfect that killer song.
