That’s right folks, your eyes aren’t deceiving you, it really is that time of year again. If you are anything like me, you avoid McDonald’s like the plague for 11 months out of the year (the occasional snack wrap aside), but Monopoly month is always the exception. Sure, Monopoly of 2007 has nowhere near the amount of mystique that Monopoly of 1997 had, but at least you can save some money on games.
This year, McDonald’s is giving away Toys “R” Us Bucks as one of the guaranteed prizes found on Premium Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Select Strips, and Large Fries. The prizes are awarded in $1, $3, and $5 increments, and you can redeem up to $5 at a time.
Not a bad deal if you have a hankerin’ for some trans-fatty chicken strips and fries!
