Nothing says “awesome Tuesday afternoon” quite like hopping back and forth between a bunch of Walgreens in search of a compass (Leonardo da Vinci type compass, not Christopher Columbus). Who would have guessed that a store would be completely sold out of compasses?

As I was leaving the store slightly discouraged, I took a quick glance at the discount DVD display. Perhaps I would come across a classic like Weekend at Bernie’s, or at the very least, some Bonanza episodes on DVD. Unfortunately, I didn’t see either of those cornerstones of American pop culture since, well, my attention was instantly directed towards everybody’s favorite Saturday morning cartoon.

Link fighting brooms, mops, and dirty laundry?! Talk about the easiest $6 that I have ever spent. I don’t know about the Walgreens situation in other cities, but here in Chicago, there is pretty much one on every other block. That’s quite a bit of Zelda love.
