According to a scan from a Shonen Jump article that Jeux-France has picked up, Blue Dragon is headed to the DS. Now it wouldn’t be easy to pull off something like this as a prank, but it’s definitely in the realm of possibility. So treat it like a rumor for now. Although it could very well be true.
Blue Dragon is currently an Xbox 360 exclusive from the same developer (Mistwalker) who is working on the beautiful ASH for the DS, and another highly anticipated Xbox 360 title, Lost Odyssey. Blue Dragon has been met with lackluster sales in both Japan and North America. Porting it to the most popular system out there right now makes a lot of sense, and I’m sure Microsoft is counting on the fact that this release will most likely drive sales of the Xbox 360 version in Japan. That is, if it even exists in the first place?
