Move over, Mario. This November 13th, gamers will get an even deeper dose of nostalgia as Capcom releases Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles across North America. Umbrella Chronicles will take gamers through the locales found in Resident Evil 0, 1, 2 and 3 while opening up whole new areas in an effort to help players understand the back story behind the fall of the Umbrella Corporation.

Rated M for Mature by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB), Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles will be available on November 13 at a suggested retail price of $49.95. No announcement has been made as to the Wii Zapper being bundled with any portion of the games, but Umbrella Chronicles will have support for two-player co-op and the Wii Zapper.

Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles is a brand new game in the Resident Evil franchise, with familiar locales from the entire series, created specifically for the unique characteristics of the Wii console. This action/shooter hybrid reveals the back story behind the fall of the Umbrella Corporation by exploring locations from Resident Evil 0, 1, 2 and 3 as well as new never-before-seen locations, such as Umbrella’s stronghold. Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles combines first-person, light-gun style combat with interactive pathways, multiple weapons and new enemies to create an entirely new Resident Evil experience that could only be delivered on the Wii.
