Fans of the Fire Emblem series know that Fire Emblem for the Game Boy Advance, the seventh game of the franchise, isn’t quite the greatest Fire Emblem game out there. Still, the game will hold a special place in the hearts of FE fans for being the first of the franchise brought outside of Japan, establishing a large enough fanbase to justify localizing every Fire Emblem game since.
That game’s trio (Eliwood, Lyn, and Hector), has a huge fan following. The game may have been easy, but it didn’t take away the value that these three had to your teams. Now, Lyn (Lyndis) is coming back from the Sacae Plains to join a cast of Assist Trophies in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Unlike some other sword fighters, Lyn fights with more finesse and less wrecklessness. She’s blazingly fast, too (and had some awesome critical attack animations in her GBA game). In Brawl, she’ll build up power, and then her sword swipe is so quick that all you see of her and her attack is a flash of light.
