Toys ‘R’ Us distributing Manaphy Pokemon on Sept. 29
Just when I take Pokémon out of my DS and finally start getting some quality time with my other games as well as new games, Pokémon finds its way back in there. On September 29th, Toys ‘R’ Us stores will be distributing the legendary Pokémon “Manaphy” to all those who come in from noon to 3pm. The giveaway is in commemoration of the new movie, Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea. Manaphy itself will come with a Red Scarf as shown in the movie, and will be held in a Cherish Ball as all other event Pokémon from the DS generation are distributed.
Unfortunately, I think I have work that day. It’s about a year after TRU held a similar event to distribute Mew, which I went and picked up for my copy of Emerald. It’d be nice if someone got an extra TRU Manaphy for me on September 29th…

I don’t know about anyone else, but this is aggravating for me… i struggled through the garbage that was Pokemon Ranger to get Mananphy, and now they’re just giving it away in a better pokeball?
Event Pokemon are in a whole ‘nother category on their own. If you want to be picky, I’m pretty sure Manaphy’s been given away at least twice before. I have a PALCITY one myself. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get the one from TRU as well.
