NES Metroid in under 10 minutes

Oh weekends, how I love you so. Here’s a quick video to get you charged up for the original Metroid’s release on Monday. It’s a tool-assisted speed run, so you know you are about to witness some crazy fast moves from Samus.

Speaking of which, does anybody know an actual person named Samus? That would be pretty cool.

    That was less impressive than I thought it would be.. it was still cool to see, but there was too much cheating going on, when did the person fight ridley? It doesn’t make sense..

    The craziest speed run I’ve ever seen is for Morrowind where a guy beats a 100+ hour game in 15 minutes… actually the main story would probably take 40 hours or more but to get a good feel for the game you need to spend a lot more time than that.
