Smash Bros. site updates with Ike’s Special Moves
Again, not huge news today, but a major step in the right direction from yesterday’s post. Today we get Ike’s up special move: Aether, as well as his standard special move: Eruption. Its a relief to get some solid confirmation that Ike will differ from his Fire Emblem buddies, and that we should be getting a more varied cast of characters this time. A couple of things to note about these moves though, Ike will take damage right after he throws his sword up into the air, but he will not flinch. Also, you can charge up that flame attack of his.

Didn’t Roy and Marth use Eruption?
I guess I’m not as good with Marth as I thought I was.. but I know they didn’t have that Aether move, obviously. So they do differ from each other, whereas Roy only had a couple of minor changes from Marth. Also, there’s still no confirmation that either of the other fire emblem characters will be included in the game. (Although I would cry if they didn’t include my favourite, Marth.)
Marth and Roy did not use Eruption. It’s not a Fire Emblem skill.
