How can the Nintendo DS become even more popular in Japan? Square Enix knows.

The latest scans to come in from what I assume to be Famitsu magazine reveal that Dragon Quest IV, V, and VI are indeed coming to the Nintendo DS platform, already in addition to Square Enix’s Final Fantasy IV remake and new releases of Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates, and Dragon Quest IX.

The screen shots revealed in the scan make the DS iteration of Dragon Quest IV resemble the 3D remake of the game on the PlayStation, but we’ll have to wait until the scan is translated and/or more information comes out to know if it’s simply a port with added DS features, or a new remake from the ground up.
