Over the past few months, Tanookiville has been flooded with requests by people wanting to join the team. Due to popular demand, we have set up an application page for everybody to fill out. If you are interested in writing for The Tanooki, then jump on over to the application page.     What’s the deadline for applications? And are minors allowed to apply?

    The sooner you send in your application/articles, the better.

    And yes, minors are allowed to apply, although you should ideally have at least college-level writing ability.

    I don’t know what you would consider college-level writing ability but I think my writing level is pretty good for my age. I’m working on my Application as we speak though it’ll take some time as I’m trying to make it as best as possible.

    Sorry about the huge number of comments on this page but I have to say something about Kuefler’s comment. I think applying to be a staff member on the Tanooki just for pay is against the whole spirit of the site which is having a passion for video games.

    i think the amount of comments is awesome, this must be a record!

    and i agree with sushi, i was talking with my parents about an opportunity to write for you guys, and the first thing that they asked was whether it paid anything. i basically said, who cares? i spend a lot of time on the forums, do i want to get paid for it? no.

    it’s the same thing. except for the fame and glory of course ;)

    and you have to capitalize on the main page.. :’(
