Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl have launched to the masses in Europe, and no doubt selling like hot cakes. Or whatever it is that sells there.
About half a day ago, though, GAME hosted a special launch event at the Hamleys in London, where gamers could get their hands on the latest installments of the Pokémon series as much as six hours before the official launch date. 200 of those early copies were sold, and fans were greeted with the complementary appearance by the band McFly. Of course, I’m sure they were the second most popular group at the event, once Piplup and Chimchar walked on in!
