Bandai Namco announces new Tales games for DS, Wii
Fans of the Tales series, rejoice! Bandai Namco has announced four new entries into the series, half of which are headed to Nintendo platforms in the near future. Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk will be released for the Wii, and I’m guessing it’s a direct sequel to the GameCube title. On the handheld front, DS owners will be getting the new Tales of Innocence game. Expect more information to come in soon, but for now you can sleep well knowing that the games are coming.
I’m semi-excited for the announcement. I bought played through a ton of Tales of Symphonia for the GameCube. But like many RPGs out there, just when you think you’re about to beat the game, there’s a twist and you find out you just played through a small portion of a much larger world. After it did that for the millionth time, I set it aside and decided I’d come back to it later. That was about a year ago…maybe I should go back and finish it. :P

Um, like THREE years ago I bought Tales of Symphonia, played a little bit of it, and then “set it aside.” I enjoyed it and all, but it felt like I had been playing for an eternity and I hadn’t even gotten through the first disc! And I think I got stuck, or there was a glitch…
