Actually, it’s not a real syringe. It’s a pretty cool promotion for their new Trauma Center: New Blood game for the Wii – Atlus was giving away these labeled pens away as E3 swag last week, and they’re popping up on eBay now. As promotion for Trauma Center, it’s pretty clever – as long as everyone around you knows it’s a pen.
