Wired interview with Miyamoto; Wii Music possible for ’08

In a new interview with Chris Kohler, Shigeru Miyamoto shares a plethora of interesting information, ranging from how two player gameplay came to be in Super Mario Galaxy, to how far Wii Fit has come along since its creation. We also get an indication that Wii Music might be next on Miyamoto’s list, once Mario and Wii Fit are out of the way.

Miyamoto also talks about the strategy Nintendo is taking with peripherals, being fully aware of the number of add-ons that they’re asking consumers to buy. Also, on the subject of strategy, Nintendo is doing everything they can to be an asset to third parties’ develop of Wii and DS games. Hit the link below for the lengthy interview.

    A good chunk of my theory class involved a lot of practicing with conducting and singing up and down the scale. Even 3 years removed from taking that class, I can still conduct in 3/4, 4/4, and 6/8 time.
