Nintendo no longer actively supporting GBA platform

In an interview with Kotaku, Mr. Miyamoto confirmed that while the Game Boy Advance handheld continues to move hardware units and gamers still have a massive library of games to catch up on, Nintendo is no longer actively creating games for the system. All of their resources are currently shifted towards Wii and DS development. So much for the three-pillar strategy.

My question is, does that mean localization is done with the GBA as well? It’s pretty much assumed that English speakers will never get Fire Emblem: F?in no Tsurugi (a.k.a. FE6) since it’s been so long, and hope is fading for Mother 3 (or Earthbound 2), but I’m the kind of person who likes clinging to a sliver of hope. Sure, Nintendo’s done making new games, but these games are made and all they need is a thorough translation.
