Disaster for Project H.A.M.M.E.R.; Disaster looking good

Nintendo’s Beth Llewelyn has confirmed that the development resources of Nintendo Software Technology (NST) have been shifted elsewhere, effectively halting production of Project H.A.M.M.E.R., a new IP revealed by Nintendo in May of last year. This doesn’t mean it’s completely canceled yet, it just means that for the time being, no one at NST is working on it.

On the other hand, Disaster: Day of Crisis is still in full production and is apparently coming along very nicely. Nintendo simply chose not to show it at E3. Disaster: Day of Crisis is being developed by Monolith Soft, the developers responsible for Xenosaga and Baten Kaitos. Nintendo recently purchased a controlling majority stock in the developer.
