Nintendo has posted the Top 10 finalists to the Nintendo Short Cuts competition, and favorites entries aside, the finalists chosen are quite underwhelming. Most of the best entries I’ve seen didn’t make the top ten for what I’m assuming to be a technicality or two on the rules. For those that did make it, there are one or two pretty decent videos on there, if only for superb 3D animation. As for the rest, well, if one of them wins, know that they’re pretty lucky to get $10,000 because they won on a technicality.
