In an interview with RPGamer, Square Enix disclosed and/or reconfirmed a few facts as to which games were coming over to North America. Unfortunately, Front Mission 1st won’t be shipping over any time soon – there are no plans to localize it for North America. Luckily, Square Enix did reaffirm Final Fantasy Tactics A2 for release here and (for the first time, I believe) confirm Final Fantasy IV for North America as well.
Despite SE’s claims that they don’t foresee VC releases from the company (citing the need for Japanese gamers to have their games on physical media), the question about VC games from Square Enix was brought up. The localization PR team was unable to respond to these questions.
