Finally, a second update with new information! The Super Smash Bros. Brawl blog maintained by producer Masahiro Sakurai has updated with two of Pit’s special moves: using the Palutena Arrows and the Wings of Icarus. The former work very similarly to the other bow user in the game, but being divine also has its advantages. The Palutena Light Arrows move super fast, but if you’re quick enough you can steer them up and down to change their flight trajectory.

Pit’s Up special move is his use of the “Wings of Icarus,” which give him flight. It seems this is separate from his jump, which we’ve seen in videos to also use his wings. However, as with all Super Smash Bros. characters, nothing lasts forever - the Wings of Icarus will only allow Pit to fly for a short amount of time.
