I was going to post a reminder earlier today, but then decided not to since by then I assumed if you weren’t already lined up at the store, you wouldn’t have much luck. Turns out this isn’t the case. Best Buy, Target, Circuit City, and several other major retailers should have large stocks of the Wii for today, both because they’ve been holding them for today and because Nintendo supposedly shipped in large amounts for Memorial Day weekend (you know, when tons of people are shopping at the stores for great deals).
There are sure to be some great deals on games as well, which will vary depending on where you go and whether or not the store has any left. Mario Party 8 comes out on Tuesday, and I hear that some chains like Circuit City will be selling it for $39.99. Doesn’t help me for when I head out to take advantage of the sales today, but who knows what I’ll find. All I know is I need to head to Old Navy so I can start wearing clothes that aren’t a year old…
