Despite the many rumors that a new installment into the Kingdom Hearts series would come to the Wii (and despite how much sense it would make), Square Enix has decided not to announce a new Kingdom Hearts game at their Square Enix party, choosing instead to announce that an announcement would be made at TGS later this year.
Keep in mind that a new Kingdom Hearts game was recently confirmed for the Nintendo DS by Tetsuya Nomura. While the confirmation shouldn’t be doubted, the game hasn’t officially been announced by the company itself in all its press release and screenshot glory. There’s always the chance that’ll be hoping for Kingdom Hearts Wii in September only to be given the official Kingdom Hearts DS confirmation. Don’t get your hopes too high, just hope that we’re getting a KH game on some Nintendo platform.
