Nintendo’s PR team responded to The Consumerist via e-mail with a message that pretty much confirms Nintendo’s ramping up Wii production.
“While shipments of Wii hardware are expected to grow this month due to increased production, demand for the system remains at unprecedented levels.”
So in case the pictures haven’t convinced you or you haven’t seen it for yourself, you now have official word that you should be able to get your hands on Wii soon.
