Unsigned code can't run in Wii mode at all, and any software exploits through GC mode require a modchip. I don't see how this is possible. Honestly, other than systems that have open parameters (like the PS3?) to allow this sort of thing, nobody has ever done this without voiding the warranty, as every time something like this has happened a modchip has been involved, or at least the machine has been opened up to allow physical access to flash a chip.
